We have updated the lounge and bar to match our menu, giving it a fresh and vibrant feel. Our food from our new menu Is good wholesome food, back to basics really offering a wide choice from steaks to lasagne to fish dishes and a chilli using cacao from channel 4�s Willy�s wonky chocolate factory! We pride ourselves in not using bought in frozen meals that a lot of our other rival pubs use these days to provide credit crunching offers, we can still provide good value for money and know where our ingredients have come from. Chef John Mason say�s �I am sure people would rather pay a little extra knowing that the food was prepared on the premises and made with the passion it deserves�. Our Sunday Lunch offers two courses with a choice of roasts, served with freshly prepared vegetables and a choice of hot and cold desserts. Served from 12 til 3 pm on Sunday�s we recommend that people book to avoid disappointment. Friday and Saturday evenings provide entertainment with great bands and singers with songs ranging from hits of the sixties, seventies, eighties and beyond.
