Walsall Voluntary Action | Walsall VA, formerly Walsall CVS , evolved from a community development unit within Walsall Guild for Voluntary Services and was inaugurated in 1995, to operate within the geographical boundary of Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council. As a focal point for the local voluntary and community sector, WVA encourages networking. Local groups can learn from one another, establish contacts, and work more effectively.
