A 27 acre plot of land described as Valuable Amenity Land, currently used as permanent pasture, on Walsall Wood Road in Aldridge ws9 8ra and is bordered existing residential homes, to be sold freehold and is subject to an existing Farm Business Tenancy untill 31 August 2010.
